Straight answers on how we quote, how we work, what we supply and how we handle your information. If your question is not here, call us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
Sri Durgai Eswari Constructions, known as SDEC, is a construction firm based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, established in 2022 by a team carrying more than two decades of combined site experience. We deliver civil construction, mechanical works and liaison services for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects.
Our office is in Madurai and we work across Tamil Nadu. For projects outside our usual working radius, mobilisation, transport and site establishment costs are assessed separately and included in the quotation. Call us with your site location and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it on.
Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Site teams often work to a schedule agreed for the project, which may differ. For anything urgent, call +91 8056107212 or +91 8754610888.
Three main areas. Civil covers earth works, land surveying and topography, design and drafting, residential and industrial buildings and road construction. Mechanical covers PEB structure works, square tube roofing, fabrication, pipeline laying, interior works and electrification. Liaison covers DTCP approval, IOF approval, Fire NOC and the associated documentation. We also handle project planning, site management and maintenance.
Yes. We can be engaged for a single package of work, or for the full cycle from survey and drafting through statutory approvals, construction, mechanical works and handover. Tell us where you are in the process and we will scope accordingly.
That is what our liaison service is for. We prepare and pursue DTCP approvals, IOF approvals and Fire NOCs, and manage the documentation involved. Where liaison is not part of the agreed scope, statutory approvals remain the client's responsibility — this is set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes, subject to inspection. We will visit the site, assess the existing condition and tell you honestly what is worth repairing and what is not, before quoting.
Our current product line includes machine-made fly ash bricks produced from fly ash, manufactured to a consistent size with a smooth finish and lighter handling weight than conventional clay brick. See the Products page for specifications, applications and a comparison against conventional brick.
Yes, and it depends on the product and your delivery location. Send us the quantity you need and where it is going, and we will confirm the minimum order, the rate and a delivery window.
Size is held to the stated manufacturing tolerance, which is the main advantage of a machine-made product. Minor variation in shade and surface texture between batches is normal for a cement-based product and is not a defect. If shade consistency matters for exposed work, tell us at the time of the order.
Yes. Delivery is arranged against a confirmed order and the timeline depends on quantity, distance and transport availability. Please inspect the load at delivery — shortages or visible damage must be recorded on the delivery document and reported within 48 hours.
Use the quote request form on the Contact page, send an email, or call us. Share the site location, the type of work, approximate area or quantity, any drawings you already have, and your target timeline. The more of that you can give us, the closer the first estimate will be.
We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours and to issue a written quotation within three to seven working days, depending on scope. Work that needs a site visit or survey takes longer, and we will tell you upfront how long.
For product supply, usually not. For construction and mechanical works, almost always — soil conditions, access, levels and existing structures all affect cost, and a quote issued without seeing the site is a guess. Initial site visits within our working area are free of charge.
Prices are exclusive of GST and other statutory levies unless the quotation expressly states otherwise. Every quotation shows the tax treatment clearly.
For the period stated in the quotation, or 30 days if no period is stated. Material rates move, so beyond that period we may need to revise. Quotations are also subject to site inspection and material availability.
An enquiry is an invitation for us to quote and binds nobody. Once you accept a quotation, a written work order or agreement records the scope, drawings, specifications, timeline and payment schedule. Work begins after that is confirmed by both sides.
Payment is milestone-based and set out in the work order — typically an advance on mobilisation, stage payments against completed milestones, and a final payment on handover, with retention where applicable. Terms are agreed before work starts, never after.
We give timelines in good faith based on scope and season. They are affected by weather, statutory approvals, client decisions, site access and material availability. We flag realistic risk at the quotation stage rather than promising a date we cannot hold, and we tell you as soon as something slips.
Any variation is confirmed in writing before it is executed, with its cost and timeline impact stated. We do not carry out extra work and present the bill afterwards.
Each project is assigned a site engineer and supervisor who are your point of contact for day-to-day matters. You will have their direct number, and we are happy to agree a reporting rhythm — weekly updates, photographs, or site meetings.
Workmanship and defect liability terms are recorded in the work order for each project, and vary with the nature of the work. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials and equipment are passed through to you. Ask us to confirm the applicable terms in writing before you sign.
They are placed into a draft email that opens in your own email application or in Gmail. Nothing is sent until you press send, and nothing is stored on this website or on our web servers. Once you send it, the message sits in our email inbox like any other business correspondence. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

Yes. Email sdeconstructions2022@gmail.com or call +91 8056107212 and ask us to delete your enquiry. We will do so unless we are required by tax, accounting or other law to retain the record — which applies to executed projects, not to enquiries.
Tell us about your site and requirement. We will come back to you within 24 hours, and an initial site visit within our working area costs you nothing.
